The Sales Manager will lead the full Sales Department, including External Sales, Online Sales, and Showroom Sales. This role is accountable for overall revenue performance and for driving the strategy, structure, and execution required to achieve growth targets.
The successful candidate will bring strong commercial insight, strategic thinking, and leadership capability to scale the sales function nationally, while ensuring operational discipline and consistent revenue growth.
Strategic Leadership & Execution
Take full ownership of departmental sales targets and revenue performance.
Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term sales strategies aligned with business growth.
Design scalable, repeatable sales processes and structure the department for national expansion.
Translate company objectives into clear, measurable goals and monitor metrics like conversion rates and pipeline health.
Operations & Governance
Implement and maintain sales standards and CRM discipline to ensure reporting accuracy.
Maintain pricing integrity and margin control across all channels.
Partner with Marketing on lead generation and coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation for cost efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
Build and mentor a high-performing sales leadership team, driving a culture of accountability.
Identify performance gaps and implement development or succession plans.
Promote cross-functional collaboration to avoid departmental silos.
Drive a professional, customer-centric approach that aligns with company values.
