This role requires a strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trusted client relationships, and operates confidently at a senior level. It offers incredible exposure to high-profile accounts and cross-border collaboration with teams across Kenya, Dubai, and South Africa.
Client & Account Management
Lead and manage a complex, high-demand client account with high responsiveness and professionalism.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, providing sound counsel and guidance to senior stakeholders.
Deliver presentations confidently and represent the agency professionally at all levels.
Content & Event Execution
Develop and deliver high-quality written content across multiple communication channels.
Drive event execution and content initiatives, which stand as key priorities within the account.
Collaboration & Delivery
Coordinate and collaborate effectively with international teams across multiple regional markets alongside leadership.
Work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining exceptional standards of delivery, reliability, and accountability.
Experience: Proven Public Relations experience at an Account Manager level.
Sector Focus: Strong Fintech experience is essential, though corporate sector experience will also be considered.
Core Skills: Exceptional writing and communication capabilities with demonstrated experience in events and content management.
Stakeholder Relations: Excellent client relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
Logistics: Must have a fully equipped home office setup and a reliable, proactive work style suited to a demanding, fast-paced environment.
