This is a strategic and operational role requiring a highly creative, commercially astute, and professionally polished individual capable of operating at an executive level. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing, branding, public relations, communications, and social media strategies across the company, its associated brands, and a portfolio of hospitality consultancy clients.
Serving as an extension of the consulting team, you will provide hands-on marketing, PR, branding, and communications support to client projects—from concept development and launches to driving client engagement and ensuring client brands achieve measurable growth and commercial success.
Brand Management & Marketing Strategy
Develop monthly and annual marketing plans, promotional calendars, and campaign strategies across internal and client brands.
Build, strengthen, and maintain brand identities, monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure absolute consistency of brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
Social Media & Content Creation
Develop and manage social media strategies, including paid social media advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
Create, schedule, and oversee engaging content (photography, videography, reels, stories, blogs, and newsletters).
Manage online communities, monitor social media trends, and curate comprehensive content calendars.
Public Relations & Media Relations
Implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and handle brand reputation or crisis communication if required.
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, bloggers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Draft press releases and coordinate media coverage, interviews, restaurant launches, and brand activations.
Consulting & Client Services
Collaborate with the consulting team on hospitality, restaurant, hotel, lifestyle, and mixed-use development projects.
Support the development of new restaurant concepts, brand identities, customer journeys, and market positioning strategies.
Prepare professional client presentations, brand strategy documents, and concept proposals, serving as the key point of contact for assigned projects.
Monitor campaign performance, tracking KPIs to provide regular data-driven reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Digital Marketing & Operational Support
Manage website content, email marketing campaigns, and SEO/lead-generation initiatives.
Coordinate marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, advertisements, menus, and sales tools).
Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, developers, and external suppliers to ensure exceptional brand execution.
Education: Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Branding, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing, branding, PR, communications, or social media management role. Experience managing multiple brands and client accounts simultaneously is essential.
Industry Experience: Hospitality, restaurant, food & beverage, hotel, lifestyle, tourism, or luxury brand experience is highly advantageous. Experience working within a consultancy or agency environment is beneficial.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and related marketing tools. Photography and videography experience is a plus.
Attributes: Strong project management skills with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment. Excellent copywriting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
