Marketing Coordinator / Administrator

Job Description

This is an incredibly varied role supporting the CEO, Marketing Manager, Brand Managers, and external PR/Social teams across a diverse brand portfolio. Tasks fluctuate daily, calling for an adaptable individual who thrives on variety, takes pride in flawless execution, and is genuinely willing to roll up their sleeves—whether coordinating a national roadshow, packing branded boxes, or fetching artwork from a supplier. Flexibility, initiative, and a “no job too small” attitude are essential, offering a massive scope for long-term growth.

Duties

General Office & PA Support

  • Provide daily administrative assistance to the executive and marketing teams.

  • Handle operational tasks including meeting coordination, running errands, and sourcing team supplies.

  • Pack promotional boxes and prepare event collateral.

Marketing & Event Coordination

  • Assist with campaign timelines, collateral design deployment, and approvals.

  • Act as the central liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers.

  • Coordinate logistics for national roadshows and events, including on-site setup, execution, and pack-down.

Content, Social Media & Brand Support

  • Assist with newsletter distribution and maintain the annual social media calendar.

  • Craft engaging User-Generated Content (UGC) and Employee-Generated Content (EGC) using basic video capture and editing to showcase products and company culture.

  • Manage smaller niche brands within the portfolio under the guidance of the senior team, and assist with stock consignment management.

Requirements

  • Education: A tertiary qualification in Design, Marketing, or Advertising is highly advantageous.

  • Experience: Proven experience with standard office and marketing tools (MS Office, social media platforms, and basic email marketing systems).

  • Content Skills: Demonstrated ability or a keen interest in creating social media content (UGC/EGC) and basic mobile video editing.

  • Industry Interest: An interest in healthcare, wellness, or premium consumer goods is a distinct advantage.

  • Work Style: Exceptionally detail-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable moving seamlessly between strategic marketing support and practical, everyday tasks. Must be willing to work occasional after-hours/weekends during peak event periods.
