The purpose of the Service Consultant role is:

Provide administrative support to all advisors and implement all client service-related processes within the company.

Duties

  • Draw investments and Risk quotes.
  • Preparing new business files for advisors – applications.
  • Submit new business and manage all related processes.
  • Manage existing business queries – and keep advisor and client updated.
  • Ensure all compliance documents are received and stored.
  • Perform general administration duties on all product lines offered to clients.
  • Liaise with product providers (call center agents, consultants, and marketing support), clients, and suppliers to execute your duties.
  • Assist in preparing for quarterly and annual compliance audits.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS TEAMS)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

  • Good computer literacy
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Consultant in the Financial Planning Industry.
  • Experience using X-Plan or other industry-related tools would be an advantage.
